Diagnosis Benefit Conditions
The conditions marked (D) above also qualify for a Diagnosis Benefit of 25% of the sum insured (or Child’s Trauma Benefit), up to a maximum of $100,000

Partial Payment Conditions
Pays 25% of the sum insured (or Child’s Trauma Benefit), up to a maximum of $100,000 upon the diagnosis of:

•Aneurysm
•Colostomy and/or Ileostomy
•Minor Burns
•Severe Osteoporosis
•Adult Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus
•Hydrocephalus
•Severe Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
•Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis
